Wolf

A rotating 'wolf' picks a partner each hole — or goes it alone.

How it works

Each hole a different player is the wolf and, after watching the others tee off, either picks a partner for a 2-v-2 or declares 'lone wolf' to take on all three for double. Call it blind — before anyone tees off — for triple.

Points accumulate hole by hole and settle at the end. It's the most social game in the bag.

Options

Multipliers

Lone wolf 2×, blind wolf 3×, and they stack with a birdie double — a blind wolf birdie is 6×.

Closing holes

The player down the most money takes the wolf on 17 and 18 by default.

FAQ

Do the multipliers really stack?+

Yes — blind wolf (3×) with a birdie (2×) is six times the base bet. Ouch, and correct.

When do I set the teams?+

On the scorer, right before you enter scores — the card records the wolf's pick or lone/blind call for the hole.
